How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location, the product, and the shipping route available for that item. Most orders are delivered within 7–25 business days, but some international deliveries may take longer.
Do you ship worldwide?
Nooksy aims to serve customers worldwide where shipping is available. Some products may not be available for every country or region. If there is an issue shipping to your location, we will contact you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates can take several days to appear after shipment.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some orders may be shipped separately depending on the product, supplier, or warehouse location. If this happens, your items may arrive on different dates.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at arvenhubs@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at arvenhubs@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review it and help.
Do you accept returns?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original packaging. Some hygiene, personal care, bedding, bathroom, cleaning, sale, or opened items may not be eligible for return. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at arvenhubs@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
