At Nooksy, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at arvenhubs@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at arvenhubs@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review it and offer the best solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used, including personal care items, bedding items, bathroom items, cleaning accessories, and similar products. Sale items and gift cards may also be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at arvenhubs@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping provider or supplier to find the best available solution.
